Fauci is saying everyone should get the shot before the winter surge takes us out.
By the way, last week you read here (I hope) that Fauci said COVID-19 could downgrade to an endemic next year. It’s almost December, is it not?
Let’s see, shots, tests, more shots, shutdowns, quarantines, mandates, more shots, oh, let us not forget over a year and a half of wearing masks and social distancing (My favorite part – I like the distancing part).
Listen, do I have to remind you that back on March 20, 2020, Fauci said,
“I cannot see that all of a sudden, next week or two weeks from now it’s going to be over. I don’t think there’s a chance of that. I think it’s going to be several weeks.”
That’s hilarious. It’s in response the Trump’s announcement of his “15 days to slow the spread” campaign.
Don’t worry folks, we’re in good hands. Thank God Fauci has a handle on things, or we just might have had to second guess everything the government has been saying and mandating lately. Wait, what?
Never mind. Now go get your shot, fellow citizen-slave, or we’ll never flatten this curve, and we’ll end up with out-of-control inflation and supply chain disruptions. It’ll be all your fault.

I wonder how many of your readers will actually go get the shot! lol I know, I’m stereotyping, but being a victim of that my entire life wears on my mindset. In any case, I totally agree; we need more and more people to get the shot, otherwise we’ll never get over the hump and the hope that this abomination of a disease will end… or get as close to ending as possible.
Hi Mitch, I didn’t realize I had to approve your comment. I thought you were in automatically, but maybe there’s a window of time or something. No idea.
Anyway, I have my doubt’s about the vax, masks, and basically anything being pushed right now. When you get the shots but can still get the covid, still spread it, still need to social distance, still need to wear a mask, oh, and you can still catch and spread it while wearing a mask… well, I start feeling a little baffled.
Maybe Trump was right, we should just inject a little bleach. LOL
Truthfully, I hope everyone who believes injecting bleach into their system will cure Covid will do it and get it over with. That sounds cruel, but the less people there are who aren’t getting the shot or taking care of their families, the quicker the disease dies out and we can get closer to our new normal.
As for still being able to get Covid after the shot, you DO know that people can still get the flu after the taking the flu shot. The Covid vaccine is 95% effective; the flu shot is only 35%, yet fewer people die from the flu than Covid. The only thing that’s 100% is that we’re all going to be deceased some day; sigh…
I’m sure you know I was joking about the bleach thing.
Anyway, I hear that passion in you Mitch, and I’m glad it’s as strong as ever.
Agreed, we’ll all bite the dust one day but, as bloggers, some of our wisdom will live on and on. Wow, I sound like a songwriter there. Quick, someone write that down.
